My role is ‘take the strain’ out of assessing, planning and executing short term projects or even just completing outstanding ones. Usually marketing related I help owner-managers get the job done. I am happy to sit and formulate strategy for half a day or become part of the team for a part-time contract and anything in between.
Often people think "I could do this myself". Well yes you could, but there is a list of projects that are not getting done, isn’t there? An agency temp will not have sufficient knowledge to step into senior roles and a full-time temporary manager would be too expensive. Because I will work flexibly and for a fixed period, I offer an affordable, quality solution.
